IMPORTANT: An unboxing video is compulsory for any claim involving a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing product. The video should clearly and continuously show the sealed parcel, shipping label, opening of the package, and the products received. Claims without suitable unboxing video evidence may not be accepted. 9.
